Department: Human Resources Reports To: General Manager: Location: Battle Creek, MI: FLSA Status: Non-exempt: Pay Range + other compensation components: $ 70,000-80,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Thrift, Life Insurance Shift (if applicable): Monday- Friday business day hours. Position Overview: The Human Resources Manager (plant) may be responsible for, but is not limited to, the following: providing support to the organization by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance with labor laws. Acts as a crucial link between management and staff to align HR strategies with company goals and boosts productivity.
