Job Description Summary The Senior Operations Excellence Manager is responsible for leading continuous improvement, operational performance, and process standardization across offshore wind service operations. This role drives excellence in field execution, safety, reliability, cost efficiency, and service quality by implementing best practices, lean methodologies, and performance management frameworks. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with service operations, site teams, supply chain, engineering, EHS, and commercial functions to optimize service delivery and improve fleet performance across offshore wind assets.
