Job Summary: Under the direction of the therapy supervisor, provides ongoing support for daily operations of the outpatient clinic. Focuses on all aspects of clerical support to promote operational efficiencies of the clinic including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, authorization, data entry, and point of service collection.
