THE POSITION: We are seeking a Key Account Specialist e‑Customers & Wholesale who will be part of the Pets & Equine team for the Italian territory. The role combines account management, commercial development, digital content quality and performance monitoring in a rapidly evolving omnichannel ecosystem to ensure scalable and sustainable growth. Tasks & Responsibilities: - Implement commercial strategies to achieve sell‑out, market share and sell‑in targets. - Manage and develop e‑retail and WHS customers, building strong growth‑oriented partnerships. - Negotiate commercial conditions, promotions and trade investments ensuring a competitive and sustainable value proposition. - Ensure quality of portfolio & digital product content to enhance brand visibility and conversion. - Ensure accurate and reliable forecasting. - Contribute to cross‑functional projects & propose scalable and innovative solutions to elevate the e‑commerce channel. - Strengthen BI Animal Health Italy as reference partner in the antiparasitic category.
