Job description

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated Environmental Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering. They bring 3–7 years of hands-on experience navigating complex environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting, including NSPS, PSD/NSR, NESHAP, and Title V compliance. This individual thrives in fieldwork environments, demonstrating a strong preference for being on-site and actively engaged with operations. They possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling them to effectively collaborate across teams and convey technical information clearly. Familiarity with state-specific environmental regulations enhances their ability to manage local compliance requirements. Direct experience in cement, lime, or similar industrial sectors is a strong asset, showcasing their ability to apply regulatory knowledge in high-impact, source-category industries.
