Quality Non-Destructive Test/Non-Destructive Test Inspection Quality Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a First-Line NDT/NDI Quality Manager (Level K) to support the 787 Site NDI (Non-Destructive Inspection) team under the 787 Quality Organization in North Charleston, SC on 1st shift. Position Responsibilities: Manage a team of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) specialists across all 3 shifts, fostering a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement to drive high performance and operational excellence. Acquire and manage resources (personnel & tools / equipment) effectively to ensure inspections meet all customer and technical requirements while supporting and adhering to commitments Collaborates across organizational and functional boundaries with management partners to execute programs, drive improvements and corrective actions, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively enhance first-time quality.
