Job Title MAC Manager Global SME Job Description Summary: The MAC Manager Global SME will act as SMEs for FM providing MAC support providing best practices to support weekly small/large/project moves and monthly site-to-site moves. The MAC Manager Global SME will ensure that coordinators are working closely with the Occupancy Planning and Project Development Services Teams. They will ensure that the FM (MAC support) report all tactical tasks in alignment with SLAs, and that they excel in all customer service activities.
