Job DetailsJob Location: Fleischer - Berkeley, MO 63134Job Category: QA - Quality ControlJOB SUMMARY: Performs routine quality inspections in accordance with the organizations procedures to assure that products meet high standards of quality and customer specifications. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform inspections throughout all phases of manufacturing to ensure that products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications. Inspect critical incoming raw materials and components and assist receiving department with QC documentation. Review documentation (work instructions, labels, assembly specifications, etc.) to be sure it meets customer specifications, ISO 9001 standard, ISO 13485 standard and FDA regulatory compliance considerations. Interact effectively with QC Coordinator, QHSE Manager, Production Coordinators, Warehouse Coordinators, Production Set-up Coordinator, and Production Manager in order to resolve quality issues. Accurate, concise, and timely communication with supervision and managers as required. Other duties as assigned.
