Reliability Engineering Manager

Job description

Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement, you will develop and implement a world class Reliability Engineering program. As a member of the Reliability Center of Excellence Team and the cross‑functional Technical Transformation Team, you will lead the development and execution of Reliability Engineering processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators. You will support manufacturing sites to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: Lead asset criticality management by defining asset criticality standards and guiding manufacturing sites to determine, use, and maintain asset criticality rankings within Systems, Applications, and Products Plant Maintenance. Lead asset risk management by defining asset risk calculation processes and standards, and guiding the organization to understand high‑risk assets and implement risk elimination or mitigation action plans. Establish equipment failure analysis capabilities across all manufacturing sites through training, coaching, facilitation, and hands‑on leadership.
