Job description

Description We are looking for individuals who are motivated, responsible, and want to coach competitive swimming. The Assistant Swim Coach is a model looked up to by his/her swimmers. The position is heavily weighted on the human relations side. The Assistant Swim Coach must be able to establish and maintain harmonious relationships with other staff, YMCA members, parents and the general public. The incumbent must have good communication skills and organizational skills. Hours : Monday - Friday afternoons/evenings; Saturdays & Sundays - various shifts available.
