Job description

Job title: Design Engineer Job location: Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US. Travel and relocation required. International travel is not required. Travel is limited to domestic travel to various LTTS and client facilities based on project needs. Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week. Number of positions: 5. Salary and Benefits: $95,870.00/year + Paid Leave, Health Insurance, Group life insurance, Disability, 401(K). Job description: Design and develop new concepts. Participate in root cause analysis, problems and issue resolution. Check the feasibility of newly designed components and subsystems, as well as provide support during prototypes, pre-builds, final release of master models in the system. Education and experience required: Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical, Design or Industrial Engineering or related field, plus two years of engineering experience. The two years of engineering experience must include one year of experience using DFMEA, DFA, DFM, GD&T, SolidWorks, Ansys Hypermesh.
