Summary Job Description: Registered Nurse – Surgical/Telemetry 2FG Location: Baptist Health Lexington Schedule: Full-time | 3rd Shift (Nights) | 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week About 2FG: 2F/G is a 30 bed medical surgical/ telemetry unit that specializes in telemetry patients and fast turnaround surgery including urology bariatrics, and orthopedic overflow. This unit serves our Bariatric Center of Excellence patients. Our patient population is mostly transferred from the ED and PACU. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers compassionate, evidence-based care designed to support healing and wellness. In this role, you’ll coordinate, ensure, and provide direct patient care while creating an environment rooted in dignity, respect, and empathy. You will use your clinical expertise and critical thinking to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients across the lifespan.
