They work closely with the providers of a medical practice or clinic, along with their Regional Practice Manager, to ensure effective, quality patient care is provided. They are directly responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the practice(s) they are assigned. These medical professionals are in charge of making sure the practice space is running smoothly and successfully. SECTION 2: Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities necessary to accomplish job functions) Provides leadership in implementing the organization’s business plans for the practice / clinic.
