This role focuses on maximizing revenue performance through the effective leadership and guidance of Revenue Managers and Area Directors. The position may also involve directly managing the day-to-day revenue management functions for one or more properties as required. This role works closely with each hotel’s General Manager, Director of Sales, and other members of the leadership team to ensure alignment between revenue strategies and overall business objectives. The position requires frequent interaction with key stakeholders and therefore demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills.
