Position Summary The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be working out of our World Headquarters in Moorestown, NJ. This is a fulltime position and may require occasional overtime. This role will perform building maintenance and repair work in areas such as electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment repair, and forklift & scissor lift repair. Participation in various stages of remodeling and renovation will also be expected, utilizing the strengths of the facilities team. This role will be expected to work both independently and within a team throughout various projects. Qualifications: General: - Performs scheduled maintenance tasks to support manufacturing, assembly, and office areas. - Detect, report, and repair defective equipment, damage, and any questionable conditions, communicating findings to the Facilities Maintenance Manager. - Repair facilities equipment, tools, and related systems as needed. - Conduct inspections of buildings and grounds at all NJ locations and report findings to the Facilities Maintenance Manager. - Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Demonstrat...
