Manufacturing Engineer Jackson, MO: Full-Time, Contract: JOB SUMMARY: The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for evaluating, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency within a plant manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to identify process improvements, resolve production challenges, and implement solutions that improve equipment performance, product quality, and overall manufacturing efficiency. The Mechanical Engineer plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
