What will you be doing?: This is a role for someone ready to use their technical credibility to work with our engineers and operations to shape how Water Recycling sites perform at scale – in a team that values collaboration, learning and doing the right thing. As a Senior Flow Process Engineer, you will sit at the heart of Anglian Water’s Catchment Flow Compliance function – bringing clarity, consistency and technical leadership to some of our most complex flow and treatment challenges. You’ll work across catchments and sites, supporting Flow Engineers and operational teams to diagnose under ‑ performance, understand root causes, and turn evidence into practical, sustainable improvement – while helping others grow their capability and confidence along the way.
