U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated building maintenance services company, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Janitor to work in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following: May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices. - Observe facility standards of sanitation and safety in cleaning procedures. - Maintains and cleans all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming. - Dust, clean, and/or polish all surfaces. - Collects and disposes of paper and rubbish and transports it to the designated location. - Follows procedures for the proper use of chemical cleaners, cleaning supplies, and equipment, including power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and other objects. - Cleans windows, glass, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment. - Cleans, disinfects, monitors, and maintains restrooms, corridors, and other public and back-of-house areas throughout the facility. - Replenishes paper products and sanitary supplies. - Receives deliveries and puts away supplies. - Stocks nece...
