Maintenance Area Manager The Maintenance Area Manager is responsible for shift level execution of maintenance activities , technician leadership, and real time response to equipment issues. This role ensures maintenance plans are executed safely and effectively while supporting daily operational throughput. The Maintenance Area Manager is hands on , shift focused , and accountable for people, execution, and short - term performance . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily Maintenance Execution: Lead all maintenance activities during assigned shift (PMs, corrective work, breakdown response). Ensure rapid and effective response to equipment issues impacting operations. Coordinate closely with Operations leadership to prioritize work based on throughput and risk. Execute work orders in accordance with maintenance standards and safety procedures. Technician Leadership: Directly supervises maintenance technicians and leads on shift. Assign work, manage coverage, and ensure skill alignment to task complexity. Coach technicians on troubleshooting, quality repairs, and safe work practices.
