We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our GenPhysio Client Services Team! At Gen Physio, we provide mobile, community-based allied health services to clients in settings such as homes, schools, childcare centres, and aged care facilities. Our multidisciplinary team delivers personalised care across Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, and Dietetics. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule appointments for our clinicians, respond to client enquiries, and follow established processes to ensure clients are matched with the appropriate clinician. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive experience for clients from first contact through to ongoing bookings, requiring strong attention to detail, organisation, and a friendly, professional approach.
