Quality Assurance Analyst Location: GPC HQ ( Atlanta, GA ) or APC HQ ( Birmingham, AL) - 4 days Onsite Department Name: Technology Organization: Grade Level(s): Exempt 05, Exempt 06 Role Overview: The Technology Organization’s Customer Engagement portfolio is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support customer-facing web applications, internal tools, and APIs/middleware, including platforms such as the Property Manager Portal. This role is embedded within agile scrum teams and is responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through a combination of manual testing, test automation, and proactive quality practices. Successful candidates bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence quality outcomes through early engagement and clear communication. This is a hybrid position with an expectation of working onsite (Atlanta or Birmingham) four days per week, with one remote day.
