POSITION DESCRIPTION: - This position is responsible for serving members and guests, maintaining member service control, answering the telephone, answering member questions and performing various clerical duties. - Current availability on all shifts including evenings and weekends. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide member services such as membership sales, tours, answer and direct phone calls, - Provide and input membership and program information into membership software, accept payment/cash register/receipts, - Create and scan membership cards, rent lockers, party rentals, assist with 24 hour questions - Serve as liaison between members and program supervisors. - Handle and solve member inquiries, concerns and complaints. - Monitor facility as required. -...
