Urban Grounds & Gardens is a leading Sydney-based landscaping company delivering high-quality commercial landscape construction and maintenance projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work heading into 2026, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our construction team. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to a trade-qualified landscaper who takes price in running well-organised sites and leading high-performing crews. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise landscape construction projects from start to completion - Lead and manage site crews and apprentices - Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to specification - Maintain high standards of safety, quality and site presentation - Liaise with management, clients, and project stakeholders - Mentor team members and promote a positive site culture What We're Looking For: - Trade qualification in Landscaping or a related field - Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or Site Supervisor - Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods and materials - Ability to work independently and manage multip...
