McCabe, Weisberg and Conway, LLC Who We Are: - Women owned law firm operating in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Florida - A high volume, fast-paced, multi-office law firm representing Mortgage Lenders, Banks and Financial Institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and REO - Nationally recognized industry leaders in the legal default servicing space What We Need: - Update all internal and external client tracking systems with sales dates and the status of the case - Update client with necessary updates and communicate with client for documents needed. - Prepare everything necessary to ensure a property goes to sale and ensure court has all necessary document to proceed including any necessary fees associated with the sale - Complete workflow and ensure tasks are timely completed - Coordinate hearings and correspond with courts regarding necessary hearings and obtain coverage for hearings - Correspond with courts and newspaper regarding publications for upcoming sale - Perform client requests on time sensitive matters Why You Should Apply: This employer does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of...
