Description The University of Washington (UW) is recruiting four (4) full-time faculty members in Radiation Oncology at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level without tenure by reason of funding. This will be a primarily clinical position with protected time for scholarly activity. The disease site specialization will be determined based upon the needs of the department, the interests of the candidate and as approved by the Chair. The Department of Radiation Oncology has an established mentorship program that supports junior faculty and others in professional development. All University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research, and service. The successful candidate will be expected to advance the department's mission of clinical care, research, education, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). The selected candidates will be proposed for appointment to the full-time faculty at the University of Washington as an Assistant, Associate, or full Professor without tenure by reason of funding on the regular track (either Clinician-Teacher or Clinician-Scientist), with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026.
