Responsibilities: Supporting the BU management in achieving the specified annual targets as well as compliance with work and safety standards, operating instructions and environmental regulations Qualifications: Industrial foreman (plastics technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering), technician or higher-level training (e.g. engineer) 3-7 years of relevant professional experience in plastics and/or elastomer processing Written and spoken English skills (at least B1) Lean / Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt) or knowledge of LEAN methods - Disciplinary and technical management of the subordinate personnel (fitters, workers, etc.) - Conducting employee and feedback meetings - Training and technical guidance of employees in the production area (authorized to issue instructions) - Responsibility for shift and vacation planning as well as time management in the team - Creation and maintenance of the training plans including associated documentation (e.g. Q-matrix, advance planning) as well as ensuring the timely implementation of the training measures Experience in employee management: Project experience: Good MS Office skill...
