About the Opportunity As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning, reliability, and efficiency of equipment and machinery within the extrusion manufacturing plant. Some of the equipment includes resin handling equipment, extrusion and casting equipment, film stretching equipment, winding and slitting equipment, material handling equipment, scales, micrometers, tachometers, hand tools, and other related equipment. Shift: 12 hours night shift; 2/2/3 schedule Essential Duties and Tasks: - Perform routine maintenance tasks on extrusion machinery, including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration. - Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance activities to prevent unplanned downtime and maintain equipment performance. - Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in a timely manner. - Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components, collaborating with team members as needed. - Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, malfunctions, or emergencies to minimize production disruptions. - Implement rapid solutions to restore functionality and prevent further issues. - Possess a strong understanding of...
