Work Place Flexibility: Onsite Legal Entity: Entergy New Orleans, LLC ***This is an onsite role, based in the Metro New Orleans area. This position can be filled as a Remittance Associate I, II, or Sr. based on the candidate’s qualifications*** JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE: The Remittance Associate is responsible for providing face-to-face customer service at the Entergy New Orleans Customer Care Centers, which includes directly interacting with customers, handling payments and receipts, and ensuring accurate processing of all incoming payments, while also supporting the daily operations of the Customer Care Center, assisting with special projects, serving as a records management custodian, and being willing to assume a storm restoration role if necessary. The role requires strong cash handling skills, the ability to utilize the CCS automated system, and a focus on satisfying customer needs and maintaining productivity goals through collaboration with other departments.
