iCIMS and HR Systems Analyst

Overview JOB SUMMARY: To meet ongoing business needs the iCIMS and HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and compliance of Rosen’s Diversified Inc., Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS. This role also includes partnering with HR Technology Team with the development, configuration, and implementation of solutions for the Company’s Human Resources Information System – UKG. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System): - Administer and support iCIMS, ensuring proper configuration, data flow, and integration with downstream systems: - Support system upgrades and release management activities, including feature testing, regression testing, and validation. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between HR systems, third-party vendors, and internal applications. - Investigate and correct data discrepancies, lead error identification and remediation efforts. - Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within iCIMS to support recruiting operations and leadership reporting needs. - Develop, maintain, and distribute custom reports, analytics, and scheduled dashboards for HR and Talent Acquisition Specialists. - Mainta...
