Job Summary: We are looking for a new Technical Manager-Modular employee to be based either in Kendal or Blackburn . What a typical day looks like: - Lead and manage the UK Modular Solutions Technical Team, providing technical guidance, support, performing appraisals and managing holidays. - Manage performance of the Modular Solutions Technical Team and identify both individual and team areas of investment & improvement. - Manage resource allocation effectively to deliver the assigned tasks in a timely manner. - Participate in all aspects of ‘team’ development and mentoring to achieve ‘Engineering Excellence’. - Ensure Modular Solution compliance with all relevant industry standards and regional regulations related to electrical safety and modular construction. - Conduct internal design proposal r...
