About the Role During a time of exciting transformation, there is an opportunity for a Treatment Room Team Leader to join our busy practice in Greensborough. This practice caters to its community and patients with a wide array of onsite services. In this role you conduct a range of clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations, assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment and managing treatment room staff performance. Key responsibilities: - A Treatment Room Team Leader manages the provision of services within a Medical Centre's treatment room and assists Health Care Professionals - They conduct a range of clinical duties with direction from treating HCPs including; pathology collection, vaccinations, monitoring of ECG, wound dressings, change of linen, clean and sterilise equipment - The Treatment Room Team Leader will build relationships to create patient ease prior to procedures or treatments - They Triage patients and assist HCPs in procedures - The Treatment Room Team Leader will assist PM with rostering, recruitment and managing treatment room staff performance. - They Liaise with PM and Treatment Room employees to ensure Standard Operating Procedu...
