Position Summary: Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Director of Quality, Evaluation, and Analytics for Graduate Medical Education (GME) - Boca Raton, FL. This position is responsible for leading the GME program evaluation and continuous quality improvement in alignment with ACGME requirements. Responsibilities include: Assisting program directors, associate program directors, program coordinators, and clinical faculty in designing and implementing data-driven program evaluations and improvement strategies Designing, implementing, and managing data collection instruments and evaluation processes for structure, process, and outcome measures across GME programs.
