About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 Sales Associate – Global Strategic Accounts The Team: Inside Sales, S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI) Role Overview: Are you passionate about building relationships and driving business growth with global strategic clients? As a Sales Associate for Global Strategic Accounts (GSAs) at S&P Dow Jones Indices, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the full sales cycle, managing interactions with key accounts, and identifying new opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, enhance the sales process, and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Responsibilities and Impact: A successful candidate will support our GSA Team colleagues throughout the life cycle of a sale and support the ongoing maintenance and expansion of the relationship with our Global Strategic Accounts. This includes: - Partnering with our Sales and Client Services team to drive customer satisfaction and adoption within existing accounts by providing proactive support and resolving inquiries promptly.
