POSITION OVERVIEW: Provide exceptional leasing support for a premium Build to Rent operation whilst upholding the brand standards established for the asset. You will play a critical role in supporting the leasing process to maximise returns and minimise vacancy downtime, including conducting leasing inspections and actively engaging with residents to support retention strategies. This role reports to the Senior Leasing Manager and works closely with Resident Services, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
