For our Consumer Division, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist in charge for Account Receivables . Job summary: The Accounts Receivable (AR) is responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and supporting the business with financial insights related to receivables. The role collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues, manage credit, and improve AR processes. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in order-to-cash processes and contribute to the financial performance of the organization. Responsibilities: Business Partnering. Support the business with AR insights and act as a trusted point of contact for customer accounts and invoice-related queries. Work closely with our Customer Care hubs Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and accurate account balances. Track and resolve outstanding payment issues, escalating when necessary. Billing & Cash Application: Assist in clarifying unapplied cash and resolving billing discrepancies.
