Job DetailsJob Location: Sebago Watersports - Key West, FL 33040Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $75,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Up to 50% THE ROLE The Marine Technician independently performs diagnostics, maintenance, and repair across a diverse fleet, ensuring operational reliability across multiple locations in the Florida Keys, Turks & Caicos, and U.S. Virgin Islands. This role is based in the Florida Keys and requires regular travel to support operations across these markets—offering a unique opportunity to work across multiple Caribbean destinations while combining hands-on technical work with the experience of working in paradise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose and repair inboard diesel engines across catamaran, ferry, and center console hull types Diagnose and repair outboard gasoline engines (primarily Yamaha, Mercury, and Suzuki platforms) Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, fluid services, impeller replacements, and zincs Troubleshoot and repair marine electrical systems, bilge systems, and instrumentation Conduct pre-season and post-season commissioning/decommissioning across fleet Coordinate parts procurement, maintain parts inventory logs, and manage vendor relati...
