Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Full Time Permanent Role: Citywest Office (Hybrid): The Role: Uniphar are embarking on an ambitious, multi-year transformation program and are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Developer to support our teams across our transformation initiatives. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. The Dynamics 365 Developer will play a crucial role in supporting & enhancing existing functionality along with building out greenfield Dynamics 365 Customer Services solution as we continue to grow and innovate. Key Outcomes: Technical Experience: - Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE, specifically in Customer Service environments. - Knowledge & experience working in a Managed D365 environment - Configuration of Power Automate to automate business processes - Deploying solutions using CI/CD pipelines (manual deployment to test & production environments will not be allowed) - Experience of Git source control - Support the CRM Architect in documentation and oversight of configuration and integrations between them.
