About the Role: As a Lead Technical Business Analyst in Deposits & Payments, you will be instrumental in strengthening ANZ’s enterprise document management strategy - uplifting capability, improving future state processes, and enhancing how the bank manages and surfaces critical documents. As part of this broader objective, you will also play a critical role in the Suncorp Bank Migration program by driving end-to-end delivery, shaping the implementation approach, preparing impacted teams, and ensuring migrated Suncorp Bank documents are seamlessly accessible for customers and staff from Day 1. You will bring strong Business and Technical Analysis capability - capturing, interpreting, and translating business and technical requirements and process flows, to guide and support the development, migration and the associated customer and staff experience.
