Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions: Office Job Description: Position Summary: This position is in the Export Customer Service Team based on our site in Loughborough. We supply our customers across Europe, Middle East and Africa with a huge range of scientific products and services. Day to day responsibility for Export customers for allocated areas, duties including preparing documentation for shipments worldwide, filing and general shipping administration, meeting of deadlines for shipments and general resolution of customer enquiries, both verbal & written from a shipping perspective; handling of TPM and due diligence of customers We are looking for someone who: - Working alongside Export sales team to provide exceptional shipping & administration support, for customers in the EEMEA region.
