Your Opportunity as the Maintenance Supervisor ~internally this role is titled Technical Leader Location: Topeka, KS manufacturing plant: Work Arrangements: 100% on-site: Reports to: Dry Operations Department Manager - typical schedule: 6:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday - willingness to work additional hours and have shift flexibility to meet needs of the business In this role you will: - Provide problem solving expertise and root cause analysis to Operations - Implement effective predictive and preventative PM programs - Lead, coach, and develop planning and reliability team; as well as operations technical resources - Ensure technical documentation, PMs, and spares for department equipment and systems are identified and in place - Provide technical expertise and guidance to technical resources within department - Manage technical budget and execute savings projects What we are looking for: Minimum Requirements: Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role: - High school diploma - 3 years of relevant experience - Demonstrated experience teaching and leading others - Strong technical and mechanical ability, including problem solving and t...
