As a functional data analyst at ING you will play a crucial role in the data-driven culture. Your work will empower teams and leadership to make smarter, faster, and more impactful choices. In this role, you will: - help shaping needed views/data product to answer business questions efficiently. - Design and optimize Power BI data models to deliver high-performing reports and dashboards that drive clarity and efficiency. - Develop, automate and enhance dashboards, ensuring seamless access to insights that fuel innovation and data-driven decision-making across the organization. - Create compelling visualizations that translate complex data into clear, intuitive stories. Data Modeling and Collaboration: - Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand problem statements and define how data should be transformed, loaded, and presented for maximum impact. - Serve as a strategic link between Business and Data Management.
