Job DetailsJob Location: Main Campus - North Canton, OH 44720Position Type: Staff (Full-Time)Position Summary The Financial Aid Coordinator will coordinate student financial aid programs; to ensure departmental compliance with federal, state and University regulations. To counsel and inform students about the various financial aid program requirements and procedures. To serve as main communication coordinator with students and parents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: PRIMARY DUTIES Determine eligibility, award packages, and adjust student financial aid packages following federal, state, and institutional regulations. Oversee a program or process and the day-to-day operations related to that program. Assist front counter staff in the Student Service Center as needed, which requires the ability to answer financial aid questions in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with verification and professional judgement cases, ensuring that all federal verification guidelines and procedures are followed for successful audits.
