The Opportunity: Seeking an experienced R&D/Technical Manager to lead our Brisbane pilot plant and analytical research laboratory, whilst providing high-level technical support across the business and to our customers.. This senior role, as R&D Technical Services Manager, combines scientific expertise, operational oversight and collaboration with internal and external partners to drive innovation in nutrition solutions. - Manage the R&D pilot plant and analytical research laboratory operations at our Brisbane site. - Build and nurture relationships with external research bodies, service providers, and manufacturing partners. - Deliver high-quality technical support and information to Sales, Business Development, customers, and distributors. - Drive and contribute to strategic R&D and New Product Development (NPD) projects. - Manage department administration, including budgets, resourc...
