A Brief Overview: Accountable for guiding the department in improving clinical effectiveness and compliance with the state of operation and national reported evidence-based indicators. What you will do: - Serves as the expert on the clinic quality initiatives and stays current on changes occurring on the national or state level. May lead quality improvement initiatives in all ambulatory settings. - Works with vendors to assure that data is accurately abstracted and submitted according to vendor protocols. - Coordinates submission plan with IT, fiscal and medical records as required. - Conducts quality reviews for various clinical components to identify areas of potential concerns, opportunities for improvement and identifying trends.
