Job description

The Poker Dealer is responsible for all aspects of dealing poker games and assists in tracking play and game observation. - Demonstrates an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures. - Required to communicate all pertinent information to supervisors. - Effectively handles casino gaming checks. - Creates an opportunity for fun and excitement by being friendly, supportive and enthusiastic towards guests. - Adheres to Caesars appearance standards. - Demonstrates positive acceptance of demanding scheduling needs. Wipes down Poker tables and picks up dirty glasses and ashtrays from empty seats. - Performs other related duties as assigned. Always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. - Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. - High school diploma or GED is required. - Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test, and pass a Caesars audition displaying adequate Poker skills. - Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.
