Associate Electrical Engineer

About This Role The Associate Electrical Engineer contributes to the innovation of HVAC and Motor Control technologies by assisting senior engineers in high-level design tasks, troubleshooting, and product support in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Work with senior engineers to learn, support, and design HVAC and Motor Controls products. Prepare release packages consisting of Bill of Materials, drawings, fixtures/tooling, and more. Interface with customers to determine critical design requirements and create design specifications. Create and perform proof of concept experiments as well as bench level product testing to ensure product viability and technology robustness. Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team to coordinate implementing engineering and process changes of revised products through ECN's and CAR's. Support product failure investigations. Perform robust root cause analysis of production issues, product design issues, implement appropriate containment, and drive corrective action.
