Job description
Responsible for ensuring full deployment and compliance with Calderys EHS protocols, management systems, and local legal requirements across both sites, while embedding EHS into all business decisions and operations. The role also provides technical support on audits, risk assessments, incidents, and regulatory matters, while coaching managers and teams and ensuring strong alignment with Group and Hub EHS functions.: Responsibilities: - Deploy and insure adherence of the sites to Calderys EHS protocols (in particular S7 protocols). - Ensure with the sites the follow-up of compliance to the group and to the local regulation via specific tools (e.g. Red Online or equivalent). - Participate in Group / Hub audits. - Provide technical and legal advice, so that Environment, Health and Safety firmly stays at the top of every agenda and is embedded in all aspects of business thinking and decision making for both Höganäs and Åmål. - Maintain Environment, Health and Safety Audit systems, procedures and conducting audits and communicating the findings. - Assist in the development, maintenance and implementation of Calderys EHS Management Systems to ensure that Calderys comply with relevant co...
