THE JOB: As a Receptionist for the Pool at Excalibur , you will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties while serving as a welcoming first point of contact for guests and team members. This role is responsible for supporting daily operations through professional guest interaction, effective communication, and organizational support, while ensuring all tasks are completed in alignment with departmental guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices, and procedures.
