A supervisory position. Senior member of team responsible for the support, evaluation, and treatment of adults with developmental disabilities living in a residential setting. Supervise, evaluate, and train staff. Oversee clinical and administrative services and related paperwork. Coordinate daily schedule of program operation. Provide shift coverage as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Responsible for covering all shifts in assigned program(s) in an efficient and cost-effective manner through responsible scheduling of full-time, part-time, and relief staff, and personally covering open shifts as necessary. Implement all behavior plan interventions as assigned. These behavioral interventions may include physical restraint.
