As a Stockroom Assistant, you are the operational heartbeat of the store. You keep product flowing, displays replenished, and launches running flawlessly — ensuring customers never miss their favourite mascara, must‑have lipstick, or limited‑edition trends. You bring energy, organisation, and precision to everything you do. Reports to: Stockroom Manager, Store Leadership Team YOUR MISSION: To support a fast‑moving retail environment through impeccable stock handling, organisation, and teamwork — contributing directly to an exceptional in‑store experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Stockroom Excellence: · Maintain a clean, compliant, organised stockroom that reflects KIKO’s retail standards. · Process deliveries with speed and accuracy, supporting the Stockroom Manager (or Store Management) with checks and data logging. · Prepare, label, and store stock efficiently to maximise accessibility and minimise errors. · Monitor stock flow and highlight discrepancies or risks quickly and clearly. · Complete daily and weekly stockroom routines (cycle counts, audits, inventory tasks).
